Shipping & Returns

Every Shop Ayiti Cheri piece is printed just for you when you order. Here's what to expect, and what to do if something isn't right.

Shipping

  • Where we ship: We currently ship within the United States and its territories.

  • Rates: $7.99 flat rate per order. Shipping is free on orders over $50.

  • Production time: Because each item is made to order, please allow 2–7 business days for printing before your order ships.

  • Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 3–8 business days after they ship. Delivery times are estimates and can vary, especially during the holidays.

  • Tracking: We'll email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Our return policy

Because every item is custom-made for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or color or design choice. Please review your order carefully before checking out.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund for that item. Here's how:

  1. Email us at info@shopayiticheri.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the problem (and of the packaging, if it was damaged in shipping).

  3. We'll review it and reply within 1–2 business days with next steps. In most cases you won't need to send the item back.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to post the credit.

Lost packages and address errors

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us and we'll help. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout: orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout can be reshipped at the customer's cost.

Order changes and cancellations

Orders go into production quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. We can't change or cancel an order once it has gone into production.
